How may I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks with proper ID.
Are there age requirements?
Our Spa and Salon is an adult-oriented atmosphere. We love children, but in order to ensure your comfort and the comfort of all guests, children are not permitted in the spa unless a service is being provided for the child.
What is the cancellation policy?
If for any reason you should need to cancel any appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. Failure to give notice will result in a 50% charge on your service or treatment.
What is your Spa Package Adjustment Policy?
Spa package must be completely redeemed in one visit. If you do not choose to use the package you may use the gift certificate for it's full value and select your services at any time.
Are there medical benefits to visiting AQUA SALON/SPA?
The number one guaranteed benefit of visiting AQUA SALON SPA is your immersion into a relaxing, stress reducing environment. Stress reduction is one of the major contributors to your good health and wellness.
Should I avoid visiting AQUA SALON/SPA if I am pregnant?
Not at all, though you want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and Hydrotherapy treatments involving heat. Doctor's note required for first trimester of pregnancy.
How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
We ask that spa guest's arrive for appointments 15 minutes early to allow for preparation time. We understand that circumstances arise which may cause a guest to arrive late. We will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule services.
Can I wear make-up?
You are welcome to wear make-up, but it will be removed before certain treatments, such as facials.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. Our therapists are highly trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort at all times.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary. However, if you prefer, a bathing suit may be worn. But, keep in mind, therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly over any areas of your body not involved in the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.
Should I take my jewelry off?
Please do not bring valuables to the spa.
Is there someone there to help me decide which treatments are best for me?
Our spa coordinator can help you plan a program to suit your needs and interests. Please make appointments in advance of your visit to ensure availability.
Can I ask the therapist to adjust certain things to increase my comfort?
Definitely. It's your time, and you should enjoy the experience. Ask to adjust the room temperature, for example, or the amount of pressure applied during your massage.
Should I alert someone if I have certain physical ailments, disabilities or allergies?
Absolutely! In particular, if you have high blood pressure, suffer from allergies, or are pregnant, notify our front desk coordinators when booking your appointment.
What do we provide?
Robes and slippers are provided for most spa services and packages. Towels, toilettes, private lockers, private shower and spa refreshments are also provided.
Do you provide wedding hair design and make-up?
Yes, we provide a price upon consultation. Service is available at AQUA SALON SPA for the bride and/or the entire wedding party.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Beautifully packaged AQUA SALON SPA gift certificates are always available! Just a phone call away! We accept all major credit cards. Your AQUA SALON PA gift certificates will be ready for pick-up, the same day. AQUA SALON guarantees your satisfaction with all treatments and services. Our staff specialist will assist you in creating a customized Spa Package for yourself or that special someone, including corporate gifts for employees. Prices vary accordingly.
