Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon and spa services. Group events and packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you fail to cancel within the appropriate time frame or miss your appointment , you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality service. You may be asked to reschedule as accommodating late arriving guests may inconvenience the guest scheduled after you.
Children's Policy
For the comfort and consideration of the guests and the safety of your children AQUA salon does not permit children under 12 in the salon and spa area unless they are receiving services.
Spa Packages Policy
A credit card is required to hold all spa packages. If you fail to cancel with in 48 hours your card or giftcard will be charged upt o 100% of the package amount.
